D-DWP series

Versatile welding positioner with a through-bore

The Dumeta D-DWP is designed especially for welding that demands precision. Its special feature is its hollow shaft, which allows welding gas to be fed through the workpiece or long workpieces to be passed through.

Key features

  • Integrated Best Welder compatibility: MV-Welding customises the controls so the unit works in perfect sync with the Best Welder power source and torch.
  • Through-bore: Allows shielding gas to be used inside pipes, or long bars to be worked on.
  • Stepless speed control: Very smooth rotation ensures high weld quality.
  • Tilting mechanism: The workpiece can be set to the optimum welding angle (0–90° or more, depending on the model).

Welding rotators for small and medium-sized workpieces

For welding cylindrical workpieces such as pipes or tanks, the Dumeta D-DWR welding rotator is the most efficient solution. Customised by MV-Welding, it is the ideal partner for automated welding.
